What Does Each Package Offer?
Choosing a package starts with your preferred drinks and the amount you want to spend.
Soft Drink Package: IDR 400,000 Per Person
The Soft Drink Package is the lowest-priced published option. It includes soft drinks and mineral water during the confirmed two-hour package period.
This option suits guests who prefer an alcohol-free outing or want to keep their individual package budget lower.
Beer Package: IDR 600,000 Per Person
The Beer Package is listed at IDR 600,000 per person. Published selections include Bintang beer and selected coolers.
It costs IDR 200,000 more per person than the Soft Drink Package. Ask the team for the current drink list before booking, particularly if your group has a specific preference.
Slushy Cocktail Package: IDR 600,000 Per Person
The Slushy Cocktail Package has the same published price as the Beer Package. Listed options include strawberry daiquiri and mango margarita.
At this price level, the decision comes down to drink preference. Confirm which frozen cocktails are available on your chosen date.
Wine Package: IDR 700,000 Per Person
The Wine Package is the highest-priced published option. Listed selections include Cape Discovery wines.
It costs IDR 100,000 more per person than the Beer or Slushy Cocktail Package. Guests considering this option should confirm the available wines and package conditions.
Bali Party Bus Price: Per Person or Private Booking?
When comparing a Bali party bus price, check how the operator calculates the charge.
A per-person package gives each guest an individual rate. A private booking may have separate requirements, such as a minimum guest count or minimum spend.
Damasta publishes per-person drink package prices. If you want exclusive use for your group, ask for a private booking quotation rather than assuming the individual rates automatically secure the whole vehicle.
Your enquiry should include:
- Your preferred date.
- The number of guests.
- Your selected package.
- Whether you require exclusive use.
- Any additional arrangements you want quoted.
This helps you compare the actual booking cost.
What Should You Confirm About the Beer Bus Price?
The headline price is a starting point. Before paying, ask the team to confirm the full amount and what it covers.
Package Inclusions
Check the current drinks, service period and other included items. If snacks are important to your group, ask whether they are included in your quotation.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Ask whether the quoted amount includes applicable taxes and service charges. Confirm any fees for optional arrangements.
Mixed Package Preferences
If guests want different drink packages, ask whether that is possible within one booking and how the total will be calculated.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
Confirm the deposit, payment deadline and cancellation conditions. Understanding these details helps your group make a clear commitment before sending payment.
How to Compare Price Packages Fairly
Two packages with different prices may cover different experiences. Compare the details alongside the amount.
Check the duration, drinks, group arrangements and meeting instructions. Also consider how much your group will spend reaching the departure point and travelling afterwards.
For example, an eight-person group choosing the Beer Package has an estimated package total of IDR 4,800,000 at the published rate. Transport, meals or optional arrangements should be budgeted separately unless the quotation includes them.
A clear total makes it easier to choose a package that fits your plans.
