Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and participation in the Damasta Booze Cruiser experience. By making a payment, accepting a booking confirmation or joining the experience, the lead guest and all participants agree to these terms.
1. Booking Contract
A booking becomes confirmed only when Damasta Booze Cruiser has received the required payment and sent written confirmation. An enquiry, quotation, provisional hold or payment screenshot alone does not constitute confirmation.
The lead guest must check all details and notify Damasta promptly of any error. The lead guest is responsible for sharing these terms, the package details and safety information with every participant.
2. Prices and Package Inclusions
Prices are stated in Indonesian rupiah unless otherwise confirmed. The price and inclusions shown in the final written confirmation apply to the booking. Website prices, drink brands and package contents may be updated without affecting an already confirmed booking unless both parties agree to a change.
Only items specifically listed in the booking confirmation are included. Additional products, overtime, special requests, transport to the meeting point and personal expenses are excluded unless stated otherwise.
3. Guest Numbers and Changes
The booking is based on the confirmed number of guests. Requests to add guests are subject to capacity, availability and additional payment. Reducing the number of guests may not reduce the total booking price after the applicable payment or cancellation deadline.
The lead guest must provide the final guest count by the deadline stated in the confirmation.
4. Arrival and Late Guests
Guests must arrive at the time and place stated in the booking confirmation. Damasta is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, transport providers or incorrect navigation.
The departure may not be delayed for late guests. Late arrival may shorten the experience, and a missed departure may be treated as a no-show without refund.
5. Route, Timing and Operational Changes
The published duration is two hours. Routes, timing, stops, meeting arrangements and finishing points may change because of traffic, weather, ceremonies, road closures, government directions, mechanical issues, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Sunset views are not guaranteed. A reasonable change that preserves the main experience does not automatically entitle guests to a refund.
6. Alcohol and Responsible Service
Guests who consume alcohol must meet the applicable legal age requirement and may be asked to show valid photo identification. Damasta may refuse or stop alcohol service if a guest appears intoxicated, behaves unsafely, cannot provide acceptable identification or if service would breach applicable law or responsible-service standards.
“All you can drink” applies only to the selected beverages, during the confirmed package period, and remains subject to availability and responsible service. It does not mean unlimited service regardless of safety.
Guests must not bring alcohol, illegal substances or other prohibited items onto the vehicle.
7. Guest Conduct and Safety
Guests must follow all reasonable instructions from the driver and Damasta staff. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Distracting or interfering with the driver
- Standing, leaning outside or moving unsafely while the vehicle is in motion
- Throwing objects or drinks from the vehicle
- Harassment, violence, threats or abusive behaviour
- Deliberate damage to the vehicle, equipment or property
- Possession or use of illegal substances
- Any conduct that endangers guests, staff, road users or the public
Damasta may refuse boarding or remove a guest whose behaviour is unsafe, illegal, abusive or seriously disruptive. No refund is due in such circumstances. The guest or lead booker may be charged for damage, extraordinary cleaning, fines or losses caused by the group.
8. Health, Mobility and Personal Responsibility
The experience takes place on a moving vehicle and may involve motion, noise, flashing or decorative lighting, steps and alcohol. Guests are responsible for deciding whether the experience is suitable for them.
Relevant medical, mobility or accessibility requirements must be disclosed before booking. Damasta will consider reasonable requests but cannot guarantee that every requirement can be accommodated. Guests should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
9. Weather, Mechanical Issues and Force Majeure
Damasta may delay, change, reschedule or cancel an experience when operation is unsafe, unlawful or impractical due to severe weather, road restrictions, mechanical problems, government action, natural disasters, civil disruption or other events beyond reasonable control.
When Damasta cancels and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the remedy will follow the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and the guest’s confirmed booking terms.
10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for phones, bags, cameras and other personal property. Damasta is not responsible for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Report lost property as soon as possible; recovery is not guaranteed.
11. Photos and Video
Damasta may capture general photographs or video during the experience for operational or promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear should notify the team before boarding. Separate consent should be obtained before prominently featuring an identifiable guest in advertising where required.
Guests may take personal photos and videos provided this does not create a safety risk, interfere with staff or unreasonably disturb others.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website and the terms included in the booking confirmation.
13. Liability
Guests participate at their own risk and must act responsibly. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Damasta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed travel arrangements, or loss caused by a guest’s negligence, intoxication, misconduct or failure to follow instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indonesian law.
14. Complaints
Raise any concern with the team as soon as possible so there is an opportunity to address it. Written complaints should include the booking name, date, relevant details and supporting evidence and be sent through the official contact channel within [INSERT NUMBER] days of the experience.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts with jurisdiction in Bali, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
